Do my customers have to download an app?+
No. They can join in seconds with an Apple or Google Wallet pass, or an App Clip on iPhone. The Pidge app adds the fun parts: streaks, postcards and every shop card in one place.
Which POS systems does Pidge work with?+
Square at launch, then Clover, Shopify POS and Lightspeed, with Toast to follow. If yours isn’t supported yet, the Pidge Counter app works on any phone or iPad from day one.
Who owns the customer data?+
You do. Your members, visits and exports are yours. Customers have one Pidge account, but no shop ever sees another shop’s customers or activity.
Is it only for coffee shops?+
Coffee is where we start. Bakeries, bubble tea, juice bars, barbers, salons, studios and car washes all run on regulars too.
Is there a contract?+
No long contracts. Plans are month to month, and annual billing saves about 20%.
